Our house...
I talked to Wade (one of our buyers) today and the appraisal went well!! I didn't get a specific number from him, but it appraised for enough and that is all I need to know! Now we just have to pass inspections and get the ball rolling - hopefully we'll close by the end of July. wooo hoo!!!!

Yea! Sounds like things are progressing! Good luck with everything. The one downfall is moving ... ick!
